General counseling on enforcement of trademarks, including preparation of demand letters and responding to demands of third parties. Proceedings before the TTAB, including opposition and cancellation proceedings.

Providing guidance and advice in connection with creating a copyright, protection and registration with the U.S. Copyright Office.

Domain Name (URL) Management, Protection and Dispute Resolution:

Domain Name (URL) Management: Providing advice and guidance in registration of business domain names (URL) in top level (e.g. .com, .net, and .org) and national levels, (e.g. .us, .tv), including working with various registrars on transfers and renewals, and business transactions involving domain names.

Domain Name Protection and Dispute Resolution: Provide advice on the enforcement of marks and brand identity through domain name (URL) registration, maintenance and enforcement.

Enforcement of trademarks/service marks and brand identity through the Uniform Domain Name Resolution Policy (UDRP) arbitration process.
